Moving offices and the 75 people who call it home 5 days a week is a pain in the backside at the best of time. Our project had the additional challenge of tight timeframes (with Christmas backstopping it) as well as the need to 'fit in' with an existing fitout, and a variety of base-building surprises. However the outcome has been excellent overall and all 75 staff are very happy in their new home. Intermain’s project management and follow has been first rate as usual while Intermain's design team continues to be very pragmatic/commercial, their joinery & installation is high quality and the construction trades do a good job, are friendly and clean up after themselves. - Highly Recommended.

Intermain gave us an exceptional team who were across all details of the project, had excellent rapport with our client, Microsoft, dealt with very difficult heritage conditions with grace and professionalism. They also greatly assisted CIPM with communicating and managing expectations of the onsite staff throughout the construction period. Intermain jumped through all the hoops thrown at them by Base Building and got on with the job, so it was completed on time and under budget. Given the difficult landlord and heritage restrictions of the building, having a solutions-focussed team was paramount to the success of the project and Intermain consistently worked with the broader project team to find alternate solutions when we were faced with roadblocks.
In addition to the project being delivered on time and under budget, Intermain was always very receptive to last minute additional client requests despite the extremely tight programme. Their in-house joinery team also accomodated the tight programme, prioritised the project and delivered high quality joinery products in an unbelievably short timeframe. Intermain closed out most defects on the weekend following PC which was beneficial to Microsoft and their events team who had scheduled numerous events both during and immediately after construction.
