Centuria entrusted Intermain with the task of designing and constructing two speculative suites on Level 4 at 57 Wyatt Street, along with enhancing the lobby on this floor. Designed specifically to meet the specific needs of incoming tenants, our team ensured adaptability for a diverse range of potential occupants. This flexibility proved crucial as tenant requirements evolved during the project, leading to modifications in tenancy two.
Working within a newly constructed building presented unique challenges, including sections of the base building being situated differently than shown on the plans. Intermain’s team successfully navigated these obstacles by utilising the existing base building slab, minimising environmental impact by eliminating the need for new finishes. Our commitment to sustainability and adaptability ensures optimal solutions even in the face of unexpected challenges.
