The design intent behind the space was to create an environment conducive to providing efficient patient care, while fostering a sense of comfort and wellbeing. The clinic features a spacious reception area, a number of treatment rooms, and a gym area.
One of the challenges that Intermain faced was the need to engage interstate contracts for the gym area components and equipment. This was due to the specialised nature of the work involved. However, Intermain was able to overcome this challenge by working closely with the contractors and ensuring that they were all on the same page.
The clinic was completed in just seven weeks, which was a challenging but achievable timeline, due to the efficient project management and coordination skills of Intermain.
