Hospitality | Sheraton Feast Restaurant

Formerly known as Botanica Brasserie, the refurbishment of the new Feast kitchen involved upgrading the Chef’s Kitchen, private dining area, the communal booth seating and the open kitchen. Key to the project was transforming previously unused spaces into engaging areas for guests.

Joinery details involved the fabrication of timber tree-motif screens to termper spaces and create privacy, a communal table with orange Corian top, wrapped wall panels and the installation of a new pizza oven with copper hood and wall housing. Each stage of the project was managed and coordinated by Intermain with Sheraton on the Park service trades.
