Leveraging our history with the client and showcasing our commercial fitout capability, Intermain won this project from tender, and took over design management from this stage. Our team expertly navigated this responsibility, along with the complexity of a staged work program to accommodate another contractor’s stair infill works happening concurrently onsite. Overcoming these challenges, and leveraging a collaborative approach, we delivered a high-quality fitout that meets Metro Finance’s specific needs.

There’s an energised and fresh aesthetic throughout the space, reflecting on Metro Finance’s innovative approach to financing. Making great use of the building’s unique shape and column free layout, the open-plan workspace caters for the client’s growing headcount, providing collaborative and private spaces for working, including boardrooms, meeting rooms of varying size, quiet rooms, collaboration bars, and touchdown spaces. The spacious kitchen breakout features two large island benches and custom window seating designed and delivered by our in-house Joinery team.
