Throughout the pre-construction stages of the project, the client advised us of strict budget constraints. As such, our team were able to identify value engineering options which allowed for the identification and implementation of alternative solutions.

This, in turn, allowed for the budget to be adhered to, all the while delivering on high quality results and meeting the client’s requirements.

Together with a tight budget, this project was under a strict timeline, so after-hours works were implemented to ensure the project handover was completed within the desired timeframe, as requested by our client.

Speaking more to the design, our design team chose two contrasting styles, to differentiate each of the levels and add an extra touch to the project.

Level 1 takes on a cool colour palette with a minimalist style, while Level 7 takes on a warm colour palette with more of an industrial style.

As reflected through the photographs, this project consisted of some very high-end finishes, across both levels, which were especially highlighted through the textured feature walls, lighting, and furniture selections.
