Our in-house Design Team meticulously balanced the need for privacy with fostering open collaboration when designing this workspace. Stepping into the premises, visitors are immediately captivated by a visually stunning LED-lit coffered ceiling. The reception area exudes sophistication with its natural stone counter, dowel wall cladding, and elegant brass signage, leading guests to a dedicated waiting lounge and the Counsellor’s office. The three executive offices feature height-adjustable workstations and bespoke joinery storage, while the business lounge and conference room showcase distinct finishes like timber-look accents and echo wall panels.
Central to the design is the Ambassador’s office, radiating executive charm with its private bathroom, custom full-height joinery storage, open shelving, and a personalised banquette seating area. Ensuring future adaptability and cost-efficiency, the back-of-house facilities include a co-working space, a kitchen breakout area, and a client entertainment space left untouched.
Despite challenges such as undisclosed existing columns and inaccurate site measurements, our designers adeptly navigated these obstacles, creatively adjusting layouts while still meeting the project’s requirements.
In the successful execution of this project, Intermain has seamlessly blended luxury and functionality to create a distinguished office space that meets the present needs of the client as well as anticipating future demands with its adaptable design.
