Growthpoint Properties Australia engaged Intermain to transform a 352 sqm warm shell at 39 Martin Place into a modern Sydney CBD fitout for their head office. The brief required a workspace that supports collaboration, focused work, and hybrid working capabilities. The final design features a 12-person boardroom, smaller meeting and focus rooms, open-plan workstations, and a central breakout hub for informal gatherings and team events. Every zone has been designed to support productivity, engagement, and interaction.
Design that embodies the Growthpoint Properties Australia brand
The corporate office fitout blends sophistication with functional design. Key features include a coffered LED ceiling, curved glass panels, warm timber and stone finishes, and subtle accents of Growthpoint’s corporate colours. The layout and finishes provide a bright and inviting environment for staff and visitors in the CBD while reflecting Growthpoint’s brand identity.
Seamless technology and sustainable performance
Intermain collaborated with Growthpoint’s IT and AV teams to deliver a fully hybrid-ready office. Every space is equipped with video conferencing, digital presentation capabilities, and seamless connectivity to support modern work practices. Sustainability was prioritised throughout the project, with building services and materials designed to align with the existing NABERS rating, ensuring the corporate fitout performs efficiently and responsibly.
