The refurbishment spanned several key areas across the tower, including lift lobbies and amenities on levels 17, 18, 19, 20, and 35. Our team also constructed new DDA-compliant amenities on levels 17 and 20, ensuring accessibility and modern compliance standards. On level 17, we prepared the tenancy space for future fitout by performing a cold shell make good and removing an existing staircase.
Working within a live building environment always presents a unique set of challenges. The 360 Collins Street tower is a bustling hub with ongoing operations and numerous tenants. To minimise disruption, our team meticulously planned and executed the project in two stages, including out of hours works when necessary. This strategic approach allowed us to maintain the building’s operational integrity while advancing the refurbishment. The bathrooms were upgraded with luxurious Caesarstone benchtops and gleaming chrome hardware, providing a seamless blend of functionality and style.
