Intermain were tasked to complete the building refurbishment of Bledisloe Property Group, heritage asset360 Kent Street, Sydney.

The project involved a complete overhaul of the existing base building elements, and essential services upgrade to eight levels and the roof-top.

Intermain refurbished all building areas over a year and a half in an operational environment with various tenents partially occupying the property. Careful consideration was given to programming and staged works ensuring the tenants operating in the building were not affected.

Throughout the programme, the scope of works evolved, with vacant areas being added to complete various refurbishments and integrated speculative fitouts. This addition was a huge success, ultimately leading to the asset owners securing tenants with minimal downtime.
