Intermain was engaged to deliver CDK Stone’s breathtaking new Alexandria showroom, a sophisticated space that redefines the traditional showroom experience. This multi-zoned project combines functionality and refined aesthetics to create an inviting environment where clients can linger and explore.

Project Scope

The showroom is divided into three thoughtfully designed zones:

Reception Area: Welcoming clients with a striking marble bench and coffee station, alongside client suites, meeting spaces, and staff workstations.

Gallery and Sample Room: A curated display area showcasing CDK’s premium materials in a gallery-like setting.

Upstairs Office: Private offices with meeting rooms, workstations, and a staff breakout area.

Additionally, Intermain coordinated the installation of a gantry crane in the adjacent warehouse area, further showcasing our ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects.

Bespoke Joinery Process

Starting with a design concept by By Jive, Intermain’s CAD team transformed the vision into detailed construction drawings. The manufacturing process began in our facility, where the frame for the centerpiece marble bench was meticulously crafted. Onsite, our Joinery installation team partnered with Stonen Fabrication to apply the stunning Carpathian Marble, creating a show-stopping feature at the reception.

The interior design was further elevated with curated artwork from Saint Cloche, contemporary furniture by Arthur G, and handcrafted rugs from The Rug Collection, creating a harmonious and luxurious atmosphere.

The completed showroom seamlessly blends elegant design with practical functionality, embodying CDK Stone’s brand values while offering an exceptional client experience. From the striking reception centerpiece to the curated gallery and functional office spaces, the project is a testament to Intermain’s expertise in delivering high-quality, client-focused fitouts.
