First-Class End-of-Trip Facilities for Centuria

Intermain was called upon to complete the End-of-Trip Facility at 607 Bourke Street, designed by Geyer for Centuria, with the aim of setting a new standard for amenities and bike storage facilities.

The attention to detail in the meticulously constructed space is exceptional. High-quality facilities such as the heated flooring add a touch of luxury for amenities users, offering a warm and welcoming environment. The custom lockers provide ample storage space for all users returning from their journeys, with the satisfaction that all personal belongings are secure.

The inclusion of advanced access control and surveillance measures also ensures the utmost protection for bicycles and users’ possessions. The facility emphasises convenience to all users through the addition of ironing stations, towel services, and a bike pump station. Every aspect of the end-of-trip facility has been executed to a high degree in order to provide a first-class experience.

One of the challenges we overcame throughout the works was achieving the desired ceiling height whilst considering services with an unlevel floor. We were able to modify and alter the design to work in conjunction with the newly constructed partitions and successfully construct a sub-floor to create a level facility and achieve the intended ceiling heights.
