The project was delivered in a live environment with the production facility fully operational throughout the construction period. Close coordination and collaboration was needed to mitigate any risk.
We utilised our software collaboration tool Procore, in enable constant communication with facility staff to ensure the smooth operation of their business, as well as timely delivery of the renovated facilities.
