Intermain’s internal design team collaborated closely with project stakeholders based in Amsterdam, Malaysia, and London. Together, they crafted a ground-floor business hub that not only maximised the brand’s presence along Gipps Street but also offered a versatile array of public and private working spaces. This innovative hub featured a reception area, a café, and an events space, catering to a diverse range of professional needs and enhancing the overall experience for users.
To ensure seamless connectivity between the ground floor hub and the private offices on Level 1, a new steel-framed staircase was installed. This addition not only provided functional access but also added a modern architectural element to the design, reinforcing the aesthetic appeal and usability of the facility.
Following the highly successful design and delivery of the Spaces Collingwood project, Intermain’s expertise was immediately sought for another new Spaces facility in North Sydney. This quick succession of projects underscored the strength of the long-term partnership between Intermain and IWG, highlighting Intermain’s consistent delivery of high-quality workspace solutions.
Through these projects, Intermain continues to demonstrate its ability to transform spaces into dynamic and functional workplaces, solidifying its reputation as a leader in commercial office fitouts across Australia.
