After originally being awarded the contract for four floors of the project, Intermain’s extensive experience proved invaluable as we underwent informal early contractor involvement (ECI) so much so that the project scope was extended to an additional floor. Intermain proactively and collaboratively worked through extensive ECI, design development and construction completion to deliver an inclusive, interconnected and mixed-use coworking space with an array of facilities for tenants to enjoy – workstations, custom offices, a two-level interconnecting staircase, café, event spaces and outdoor terraces.
