A workplace designed for a global brand
The new office embeds Ford’s way of working through workplace neighbourhoods and informal collaboration areas that encourage teamwork, while a versatile Town Hall space supports workshops, training sessions and team events. Wellbeing was also a key consideration within the corporate workplace strategy and is reflected in the design, with a dedicated wellness area, mothers’ room and multi-faith prayer room.
Smart solutions in a live environment
Through close communication and strategic sequencing, momentum was maintained throughout the build. As the workplace took shape, the kitchen breakout emerged as the social heart of the floor. Situated along floor-to-ceiling windows, the space is naturally lit and accommodates up to seventy people, offering a mix of booth seating, café-style tables and high-bar options.
Key features including exposed concrete, open ceilings and engineered stone are paired with warm timber tones, acoustic panels, and feature blue tiles to create a contemporary, cohesive and distinctly Ford character.

This next chapter continues the vision of a workplace that supports people to move, connect and do their best work, now and into the future. Designed with flexibility and longevity in mind, the new fitout reflects a shared commitment to building environments that enable progress, opportunity and growth.
