Working with the project team, consisting of PWA Project Management, McIntosh & Phelps Architects, and DBS Services Engineers; Intermain delivered four floors of fitout work including a new internal connecting stair and external upgrades, totalling more than $10m.
The project encompassed a comprehensive renovation of a multi-level commercial building, crafting modern and functional workspaces. Key features included the creation of new office spaces on Level 8: an open plan office and call centre, a townhall and conferencing space, and medical assessment rooms. Level 19 received a new open plan office with meeting and breakout spaces, alongside dedicated small offices and quiet rooms. Level 20 saw the addition of 27 new offices designed for PIC Lawyers, further open plan office space with meeting and breakout areas, and 3 new hearing rooms. A new internal staircase now connects Levels 20 and 21. A partial refurbishment on Level 21 prepared the space for future Presidential suites with the installation of necessary services, while a new large courtroom was constructed. The project also included the installation of new air intake louvers on the building’s facade across all levels to improve ventilation.
