Located at 5 Murray Rose Avenue, this project represents the fourth floor of speculative fitouts delivered for Growthpoint Properties within the building, reflecting the strength of our long-standing relationship and their continued trust in our design and construction expertise.
Building on the success of the nine suites previously completed across other floors, the works included upgrades to the lobby corridor to align with our previous lobby designs throughout the building, along with three speculative tenancies occupying half of the floor plate. Each tenancy offers a highly functional and market-ready workplace, incorporating new workstations, boardrooms and meeting rooms, private offices, call rooms and kitchen breakout spaces.
While maintaining a cohesive design approach across the floor, each suite was given its own distinct character. Suite 2.02 features a warm yet bold material palette, Suite 2.03 offers a lighter and more neutral aesthetic with a bright, welcoming feel, and Suite 2.04 adopts a more executive expression through deeper tones and richer finishes.
The result is a collection of flexible, contemporary workplaces tailored to appeal to a broad range of future tenants while completing a successful multi-floor transformation for Growthpoint Properties.
