The result enabled GPT to offer the space to a variety of customers – those who may split the tenancy or for larger incoming tenants looking for a beautiful stand-alone space. With a 1:10 density, the project consisted of ample work-zones which were complimented with contemporary breakout and collaboration zones, meeting rooms, boardrooms, privacy booths and a stand out reception.

Intermain created a space which was central to GPT‘s business strategy and focused on the physical journey of prospective tenants walking through the office. We were able to develop a design strategy which draws the tenant from the reception through the entire space in a fluid cohesive journey. Banquet seating ran from the lobby, while continuing into the reception area evoking a positive first impression for guests, then carrying guests through to the remainder of the office.
The colour scheme was developed from the initial briefing stage where GPT requested something that was classic yet incorporated a high-end tech feel. This was achieved through the mix of natural timbers, bespoke joinery, slate tiles and tones, with a mix of feature lighting complemented by deep colour tones.
