The project involved a significant pre-construction and design phase, which included consultations to create an open floor plan that capitalised on the view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Renovations included removing the existing floor finishes in the front of the house to install new eco-innovative timber flooring.
Additionally, meeting rooms were constructed at the front of the house. The facade of the house was also updated with the installation of set and perforated plasterboard. Finally, the entryway was enhanced with LED lighting encased within a coffer detail, and the project benefitted from the value addition of timber flooring and Poly kitchen joinery produced by the Intermain Joinery team.
The final result exceeded expectations, delivering a modern and functional workspace that perfectly complements the stunning Sydney Harbour Bridge vista. Intermain’s expertise in fitout construction, coupled with their in-house joinery capabilities, ensured a seamless and high-quality project.
