The project involved the development of a new covered retail entry and the addition of cladding to the existing facade to match the adjacent Masters Hardware building.
Inside the brief included the design of a new furniture showroom for Fantastic Furniture, with suspended grid ceiling, air conditioning and the integration of sprinkler and smoke protection.
New recessed loading docks out the back include a covered breezeway, while alterations were made to the existing landscaping and car parking area.
