Intermain have a long-standing relationship with Centuria, however this was the first project delivered for the joint venture between Centuria and Lederer Group with a floor plan of over 1,000 sqm. The project required a D&C fitout which could transform the long vacant space into a desirable office suitable for future tenants.

The brief was to create a modern space with a point of difference, attracting innovative clients who are new to the Adelaide market. Works included modifications to the existing space, new bathrooms including DDA and external balcony works. Design features included a barista bar in the reception, feature pendants, illumination signage, collaboration spaces and 72 work stations.

An innovative solution

The unique position of the building caused an issue with the view of a main window looking out onto a base build exhaust system. however, Intermain developed an innovative solution which consisted of installing tiered seating in front of the window, making the focus internal rather than external. The project was delivered in 2 stages in a live environment, with no OH&S issues reported.
