Intermain were approached with an exciting opportunity to craft an exceptional End of Trip facility at 616 St Kilda Road, aimed at enhancing the building's appeal for potential lessees. Collaborating closely with Geyer and Aston consulting, Intermain embarked on designing and constructing a space that exudes utmost quality and functionality.

The facility boasts a range of premium amenities, meticulously curated to cater to the needs of its users. From heated flooring to lockers, ironing stations, towel service, and airing stations, every detail was thoughtfully incorporated to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience.

To create a modern and sleek ambiance while ensuring ease of maintenance, Intermain adorned the walls with a striking combination of black and white subway tiles. This aesthetic choice not only adds to the overall contemporary feel but also facilitates effortless cleaning.

A unique challenge was encountered in accommodating compliant fall in the amenities area, stemming from the limitations of the existing carpark slab. Undeterred, Intermain collaborated closely with skilled tilers and demo contractors to meticulously map out the area. Through innovative techniques, Intermain successfully ground down specific sections of the floor, ensuring optimal water flow and compliance with safety standards.

Intermain’s dedication to precision and creativity delivered an End of Trip facility that not only elevates the appeal of 616 St Kilda Road but also sets a new standard for excellence in design and functionality.
