This premium Sydney office renovation reimagines the floorplate to support flexibility, efficiency, and future growth—reflecting the evolving needs of modern hybrid work environments. Designed and delivered by our in-house team, the custom office interior blends sleek aesthetics with clever space optimisation to create a workplace that is both practical and distinctly aligned with the AltX brand.
Designed with AltX’s future expansion in mind, our team crafted a denser layout that maximises workpoints while seamlessly integrating collaborative areas, private offices, and call rooms. The floorplan strikes a balance between efficiency and brand storytelling, with refined front-of-house finishes that subtly reinforce the AltX identity.
Overcoming challenges and commitment to sustainable solutions
Faced with challenges such as long furniture lead times and unexpected base build conditions during demolition, Intermain’s project team adopted agile delivery strategies and sourced alternative materials to keep the build on track—without compromising quality or design intent. Sustainability was a key focus throughout the workplace fitout, incorporating locally manufactured furniture, recycled materials, energy-efficient lighting, and repurposed elements from the previous fitout to minimise waste and environmental impact.

A standout feature of the fitout is the use of dynamic shapes and bold graphic elements, enhancing both functionality and visual impact.
