Secured as the new headquarters for Johnson & Johnson, the brief sought a refined, highly functional workplace with exceptional attention to detail, designed to support a large and diverse workforce.
Key features included custom mesh elements in arrival areas, stainless steel detailing, warm timber finishes and a series of carefully planned work zones. Each floor adopted a unique colour palette, creating distinct atmospheres while maintaining a cohesive identity throughout the workplace.
Joinery works covered amenities, café and co-working spaces, end of trip facilities, gym joinery, kitchens, lockers, island benches, planters, reception desks, service counters, tea points, ceilings and extensive wall panelling. All components were delivered with specialty finishes and carefully staged sequencing.
Early weather delays, combined with the complexity of working across two towers, placed pressure on the programme and required accelerated delivery to complete levels in record time. Through early fabrication of major joinery components, secure storage and detailed coordination, the team recovered the programme while maintaining quality outcomes.
The project achieved a 6 Star Green Star rating, supported by responsible material selection and sustainable delivery practices.
