As you step into the soaring nine-storey atrium you can’t help but feel inspired by the impression it creates. The space has been designed by WMK Architecture, and includes a new café, flexible public working areas and bookable meeting and conference facilities in a sustainable biophilic environment. An indoor 18.7m2 fire compliant FytoFelt green wall, installed by Fytogreen, features 18 species and 396 plants.
Our team also delivered a revitalised public auditorium, conference facilities, function area, two lift lobbies, new signage, and updated floor and wall finishes throughout. Additionally, building tenants can now enjoy incredible skyline views and landscaped breakout areas for socialising, company activities or quiet time from Adelaide’s largest office rooftop space. This stunning new rooftop oasis has been refurbished to increase functionality, providing more shaded outdoor seating for the building’s occupants.
