Additional works included pouring and forming new concrete hardstands, construction of new offices in warehouse A & B, installation of a colossal sprinkler tank & associated pumps and in-ground pipework, construction of new fire tunnels to warehouses, and the installation of new high level and in-ground electrical, mechanical, fire & hydraulic services to warehouse A & B.
The conversion of the warehouse A & B fire tunnels from a Hebel system to a Fyrchek gyprock system allowed for a major cost saving to the client.
A success story from start to finish, as the client was able to secure a tenant immediately, with them taking possession on practical completion.
