Spanning serval projects, due to our knowledge, efficiency and execution Intermain has been engaged across various works and upgrades for 1 Hale Street. From makegoods and refurbishments to constructing new office space, traffic management works, drainage, hardstand and upgrading the asset with a new facade and awning.

Refurbishment

Intermain worked collaboratively with Team 2 Architects to complete the construction of a 240 square meter smoke separation wall between two warehouses and installing a new hydrant system. The project also called for 450 square meters of concrete hardstand repairs to the warehouse’s main entrance, a further 10-meter wide roller door along with façade upgrade and hardstand modifications.

Fitout

The construction of Ground Floor office space and amenities in addition to alterations of the existing warehouse was also completed, with an integrated Fitout of a Startrack robotic packaging system which concurrently took place whilst works were being undertaken.

Section J Compliance

With unparalleled knowledge of National Construction Codes, we were able to identify clauses and resolutions required to meet Parts J1, J2, and J3 compliance, with the asset being located in BCA Climate Zone 5. Works involved:

  • Roof and ceiling construction
  • Insulation to walls
  • Glazing
