Mirvac Real Estate engaged Intermain to undertake the design and speculative fitout of level 10, 55 Market Street, one of Sydney’s newest, premier A-grade assets.
The project called for innovative, first-class solutions. As a result, COVID-19 safe features were seamlessly integrated into the fitout, with; built-in hand sanitisers, touchless doors, high-end AV, and the leading technology with advanced desk reservation systems.

In addition to the fitout works, Intermain completed a lobby upgrade, AV upgrade and applied COVID safe design enhancements, including an innovative desk management system that senses desk occupancy. The under-desk sensor accurately detects actual real-time occupancy of workspaces. In addition, team members can check-in to a workspace using an existing building card or smartphone, and once signed in, users become visible to other users on the floorplan.

Mirvac ensured the environment connected with users, addressing functionality and wellness, including a multi-use wellness room, stand-up desks, phone rooms, and collaboration zones.
