In collaboration with Griffith University, Intermain carried out all works associated with the Active Learning Spaces at the Nathan campus and the Gold Coast campus.
Works consisted of refurbishing six classrooms across several building blocks, including coordinating the installation of extensive Audio-Visual equipment, operable walls, and new FF&E.
The project team’s key challenge was working in a live environment that required coordinating around timetabled classes. However, with intelligent scheduling, out of hours work and close coordination with trades, the team seamlessly overcame the obstacle to deliver on time.
