Intermain were engaged as the head contractor by Space Matrix on behalf of client Gartner for fitout works for their Melbourne office at 357 Collins Street, in the CBD.
Gartner is a global research and advisory firm providing information, advice, and tools for leaders in IT, finance, HR, customer service and support, communications, legal and compliance, marketing, sales, and supply chain functions.
Intermain were engaged to work closely with Space Matrix from the initial cost planning stage right through to practical completion and handover. The full-floor was split to suit Gartner’s office, circa 750 sqm. The project was completed in two stages, with the first stage comprising of demotion works to remove the original fitout and the second stage undertaking an integrated fitout.
