Collaborating closely with the client, lead architect and landscape designers, Intermain were able to transform their ambitious vision for the centre into a reality. Achieving this involved merging an existing commercial floor with an adjoining external podium area, the success of which was assured by Intermain’s experience in project managing ‘change of use’ development applications and ensuring compliance with conditions of consent. Intermain drew on their multi-skilled expertise to seamlessly deliver all base build upgrade works, full service installation and upgrades and internal fit-out and joinery across the facility, including kitchens, bathrooms, decking and a secure reception area.
Importantly, all finishes and materials were cost engineered, with careful attention paid to durability and ease of procurement, critically important factors to the success of the project.
