Heritage Signifigance

The heritage-listed building now offers a range of whole floor workplaces supported by ground-floor retail.

The scope of works involved providing shell and core base building provision for ground floor lobby and retail tenancies and 12 typical commercial floors, in addition to upgrading the facade and constructing a new awning.

Our team worked closely with the City of Sydney and heritage consultants, Architectural Projects, to ensure heritage significance was maintained throughout the construction process.
