Intermain delivers bespoke joinery for The ODE, Double Bay
Intermain is proud to be part of The Ode, a landmark luxury residential development located at 19–27 Cross Street, Double Bay for client, Eterno Property Group. This quarter-of-a-billion-dollar project comprises 16 boutique apartments across five levels, designed to redefine premium living in one of Sydney’s most sought-after locations.
Our joinery team is delivering a full suite of bespoke joinery elements, including custom kitchens, butler’s pantries, private cellars, laundries, wardrobes, bathrooms, powder rooms, integrated fireplaces and outdoor BBQ units. Each element is crafted with precision and tailored to meet the unique preferences of the apartment owners.
“Ode, Double Bay represents the pinnacle of Eastern Suburbs living. From its unparalleled location on Cross Street in the village heart, Ode blends exquisite architecture and bespoke interiors with an elevated lifestyle”, promotes Ode on their website.
We are working with a sophisticated palette of materials such as aged brass, veneer, laminate, solid timber and glass to ensure every detail reflects the architect’s and designer’s vision.
“Luxury residential projects like The Ode allow us to showcase our capability to deliver flawless joinery at scale. It’s about precision, craftsmanship and making sure every detail supports the overall vision. We take pride in building spaces people will love to live in” said Scott Nixon, Director of Joinery, Intermain.
Following the recent topping out ceremony in August 2025, the project is progressing smoothly towards completion in 2026. Intermain is proud to contribute its expertise in joinery to bring this prestigious address to life, delivering craftsmanship that complements the development’s exceptional design and quality.
