The scope of works focused on creating a stellar sense of arrival and the End of Trip Facilities (EOTF) as the primary strategy in appealing to prospective tenants. An additional portion of works was included for the make-good of Brisbane City Council BCC tenanted areas, stripping them back to base building following their lease expiry.

Our team of experienced construction professionals delivered the scope of works across two stages, stage 1; refurbishment of the existing lobby and entry, EOTF and facade replacement works, stage 2; make-good for the BCC lease expiry (2,655 sqm).
Successful delivery was defined by working in a live environment and ensuring that the building remained operational during construction, with minimum disruptions to tenants. Another critical area was increasing the offering to prospective tenants with cost-efficient upgrades; this meant utilising materials and building methods that were high in quality, yet had minimal ongoing maintenance and operational costs.
