Our team of experienced construction professionals delivered the scope of works across two stages, stage 1; refurbishment of the existing lobby and entry, EOTF and facade replacement works, stage 2; make-good for the BCC lease expiry (2,655 sqm).

Successful delivery was defined by working in a live environment and ensuring that the building remained operational during construction, with minimum disruptions to tenants. Another critical area was increasing the offering to prospective tenants with cost-efficient upgrades; this meant utilising materials and building methods that were high in quality, yet had minimal ongoing maintenance and operational costs.

The result was a beautiful delivery, which elevated the buildings aesthetic of the building and added value to owners, current tenants and maximised appeal for future tenants.
