Bright and Spacious by Design

Located on the ground floor of 5 Constitution Avenue, this compact office feels remarkably open and bright. The 3.7m high exposed ceilings and expansive windows wrapping the exterior walls allow natural light to flood the space, enhancing its sense of openness.

A Clever and Adaptable Layout

Designed by Intermain’s internal interior design team, the office layout prioritises functionality and versatility. Meeting and call rooms are strategically positioned at the front, leading to a multi-purpose waiting area with a bar table, perfect for hosting client events.

Workstations line the room’s perimeter, while the central wall is used for utilities and storage. This smart use of space creates a seamless flow while keeping the office organised and efficient.

Sophisticated Finishes Reflecting Brand Identity

The interiors bring ConnellGriffin’s brand to life through curated materials and textures:

• Feature shelving: Arched partitions frame open shelving with integrated LED lighting.
• Custom joinery: Dark green finishes complement brick-look tiling, creating warmth and texture.
• Kitchen breakout space: A refined combination of sage tones, natural timber, and dark marbled stone adds an inviting yet sophisticated feel.
