This office fitout showcases high-end finishes and details including stone marble flooring, bench tops and splashbacks, metal ceiling slats to front-of-house, feature pendant lighting throughout, as well as bespoke wall paneling in the boardroom and meeting rooms.

Intermain worked alongside base building consultants T&J Consulting, and other 101 Collins Street base service contractors to finalise the services for the fitout. With an understanding that 101 Collins Street is one of Melbourne’s highest profile buildings, we made ourselves familiar with building management and their Tenancy Fitout Guide, in order to deliver this project smoothly for our client.
