Joining Venture’s with the building owner (Corval), Intermain were appointed by Streat and Corval for the design and construction of their latest café space, located in a brand new commercial development in the heart of the regenerating hub of Collingwood.
Working very closely with Streat on their operational workflows, equipment and aesthetic requirements, the design was deliberately ‘Collingwood industrial’ aesthetic – brick-look tiles, exposed concrete blockwork, illuminated glass blocks, and exposed services to the front-of-house areas.
Intermain delivered the turn-key café space for Streat, including all equipment and smallwares, in December 2021.
