The result? Two distinctive spec suites that stand as beacons for modern businesses. Intermain, together with EG Funds, has delivered two spaces that inspire creativity, fuel collaboration, and empower productivity, all while upholding sustainable practices.
On Level 11, we executed a full-floor strip out and return to cold shell, a project that required the demolition of the existing fitout and services. Additionally, we added a DDA bathroom to ensure the floor is now compliant with the latest standards.
On Level 12, works extended to a full-floor speculative fitout. Our in-house Interior Design team designed a space that is flexible and capable of accommodating future changes. We incorporated key features such as coffer ceilings with LED details, luxury finishes, greenery and planters, engineered timber flooring, and custom joinery that was designed and built in our in-house joinery workshop. Our layout was designed to take full advantage of natural light and maximise view corridors, while kitchen breakout areas, collaborative spaces, multiple meeting rooms, and open plan workstations offer functionality and comfort for any future tenant.
