Together with our designers, they play a vital role in understanding the practical aspects of a brief, from building mechanics, to heads of agreements. Project Management

Every Intermain project is placed in the hands of an expert team, led by a dedicated Project Manager. This key contact will be responsible for managing everything from budget and timelines, to the coordination of trades, ensuring you a seamless experience across the project. Whatever question or query you might have, you only have one phone number to remember.

As soon as a client brief has been resolved, we establish a detailed programme, which sets out every key date and deliverable for the project. As well as allowing us to clearly communicate our planned approach, this allows us to prevent any cost overflow.


Make-good refurbishment

As well as designing and constructing new interiors, Intermain has many years of experience in building refurbishment and maintenance. From foyer upgrades and make-goods to end of trip facilities, we promise the same high level of Intermain quality on every project.

Building management

Our team has an excellent track record in working with building managers, both in public spaces and tenanted fit-outs. We understand the building limitations and considerations. By communicating directly with your landlord, leasing agent or building management, we can ensure the process is efficient, safe, harmonious, and free of any unexpected complications.
