ICAM Funds | Westpac House

Adelaide, SA

With extensive knowledge of the building, Intermain was engaged to deliver a D&C fitout for the joint owner of Westpac House, iCAM Funds.

Intermain delivered the D&C fitout in conjunction with another full-floor fitout located several levels below. The team overcame a challenging and compressed programme by exercising efficient and concise communication and execution to the highest level.

Intermain completed the works within eight weeks, adding to the project’s complexity; construction ran through the Christmas period. Again, we called on our trusted network of sub-contractors, and together, we delivered the project as promised, allowing the client to have a new HQ to call home for the new year.

The project works involved an entire base building upgrade inclusive of makegood and fitout. Following the client’s design guidelines, fitout consisted of new amenities, meeting rooms, kitchen and breakout spaces, and a clean and crisp workstation and collaboration zone to promote a positive culture and innovative solutions. Intermain utilised the 4.5m slab to slab height to its advantage with exposed services throughout the front of house and breakout areas throughout the front of house and breakout areas.

“We’d like to thank the team for their efforts on the project. It has turned out great, and we have been pleased with the process. Alex and team have gone over and above to ensure the completed works met our expectation.” Justyna Leghorn, Investment Analyst, iCam Funds
