From site selection and feasibility studies, test fit plans and design workshops, Liverpool Partners and Intermain worked together every step of the way to implement a new office fitout that seamlessly incorporated the views. Works involved a full strip out, make good, design and joinery to complete the transformation.
The result was as breathtaking as the view with lines of sight from the front-of-house right through to the harbour, heaps of natural light with full height glazing in the atrium, a community-focused layout, social breakout areas and spaces, all with combined textures, subtle branding, curved elements and a harmonised colour palette throughout.
