Goodman called on Intermain to inject new life into an old asset for tenant RECALL , who requested upgrade works to suit an archive facility.

The 10,000 sqm project, a lump-sum Design and Construction contract, required a complete industrial refurbishment and fitout of Building 1 at 34-42 Sheppard Street Hume ACT.

The scope of works included a three-tier mezzanine racking system, essential services and power upgrade. In addition, the existing offices were refurbished and executed with an integrated fitout.

Key challenges included extensive cold and wet weather, extremely hard ground conditions and a very tight program.
