Come rain, hail, or shine, Intermain continues to work closely with Centennial Property Group to refurbish a complete warehouse build in QLD. Intermain’s strength in project management has shone through as the team have overcome a myriad of challenges including COVID, QLD floods, elevated staff movements and delays in the supply chain, to keep the project moving… and on time!

This 32,000 sqm project is still in progress and expected for completion in April 2023. As part of the proposed upgrade to the building, the existing office areas and the sawtooth ridge roof system were demolished and replaced by new mezzanine offices, storage facilities and new structural properties to heighten the roof an extra 3 metres.

The project includes a full service upgrade providing emergency vehicle perimeter access, fire sprinkler protection, and a smoke exhaust system, as well as a full electrical upgrade incorporating switchboards, lighting throughout the entire vicinity plus an 8000 sqm of hardstand with 2 new sunken docks and 12 on-grade docks.
