The project featured a cohesive design and a focus on functionality, incorporating natural elements such as timber and plants.

Taking sustainability into consideration, Intermain utilised recycled-face bricks to create a perimeter feature wall. The use of these bricks not only offers an environmentally friendly solution, but also adds character – unlike new bricks, recycled bricks contain an array of unique textures and colours. This consideration really aided and lifting and brightening the space.

Intermain engaged a steel fabricator to create a steel powder coated shelving system throughout the fitout, for durability and an additional edge. Though the use of modular Alu-guide Cavity Slider Units, we were able to install sliding door units to seamlessly integrate with the remaining partitioned fitout in a time and cost-effective manner, aiding us in successfully delivering on time and on budget.

Working with a critical program site, coordination between all stake holders was key to ensuring the end user was able to move in and begin utilising their new space in the required time frame, which Intermain successfully delivered on.
