Level 9 Speculative Suites
The scope of works included an end-to-end solution for Fortius. Intermain worked closely with the client to prepare the design brief, strip out the existing tenancy areas, carry out refurbishment works and fitout the new suites. Each suite got a fresh new feel to its ergonomic offices including lively colours encasing the meeting rooms and boardrooms, and incorporated open-plan work zones, breakout areas and kitchen spaces.
Prospective tenants were welcomed onsite during the construction phase, and as a result, they leased prior to completion.
