The external refurbishment to the iconic Mosman Civic Building included a refresh of the external lighting systems, exterior building finishes, ratification and renewal of existing sheet metal and tiled roof. The building also undertook internal refurbishment with demolition to existing layout and installation of new partitions, complete renewal of bathrooms and kitchen facilities, and a refresh to all finishes, furniture and equipment (FF&E).
Stage two involved giving Mosman Library a part facelift with building extensions to make way for a new breakout area featuring a green wall, new furnishings, skylights and windows. To complete this, civil and structural works were needed to allow for the installation of steel structures and brick veneer facades.
