Value Engineering
One of the many benefits of working with us is the value engineering we offer. With our well-established supply chain, materials knowledge, and estimating team, we engineer value into the procurement of materials, fixtures and fittings, and alternative options, without compromising on your design intent, meaning you get the same look and feel for less.
Approvals
Navigating project documentation and the approval process can be very daunting, especially if it's not your expertise. With complete transparency, we manage all your design, construction and joinery documentation alongside approvals and construction certificates, so you can be in the know, but leave the know-how to us.
Building Works
You're in safe hands with our highly-skilled construction teams, consultants and network of subbies working alongside our dedicated HSEQ team committed to the highest safety standards. We're well-versed in working in a multitude of environments including live environments, and end-to-end construction delivery from demolition to handover.
In-house Joinery
Our professional 40+ team of dedicated joinery professionals provide a truly customised service focused on quality, cooperation, and attention to detail, from design and manufacturing through to delivery and installation. And our in-house 2000sqm joinery manufacturing facility is conveniently located just 15 minutes from Sydney CBD!
Commission & Handover
Our favourite part of the process is handing you the keys to your new dream workplace. At handover you receive everything you need to thrive in your new space, from fitout onboarding training and workshops, Operations & Maintenance manuals, warranty inspection schedules and defect support information for your defect liability period.
Project Management
This whole process comes together for you under the skillful management of our in-house Project Managers. As your single point of contact, they keep you fully up-to-date throughout the whole project process, consider every detail, address challenges innovatively and quickly, control quality and ensure your project is executed just as intended.
