A value-for-money fitout for Publicis Group that still delivers on style and quality.

Publicis Group, adapting to a changing work environment, sought to consolidate their operations by re-purposing their existing office to meet new business requirements. To achieve this, Spatia Property Group appointed Intermain to partner with KHID on the design, demolition, and refurbishment of the office space located at 359-361 City Road in Southbank.

The project encompassed a fitout of approximately 1,200 square metres and required a strategic blend of the old and the new. Emphasising a value-for-money approach, the client aimed to integrate existing built environments, services, and furniture with new elements to maximise cost efficiency. This necessitated careful and concurrent consideration of the design brief and cost management to ensure the best value delivery.

The re-purposing initiative included the creation of a new ground floor reception area, which set a welcoming tone for the office. The refurbishment also featured a blend of existing and new furniture and joinery elements, seamlessly integrating to create a cohesive and functional workspace. New workstations and collaborative zones were introduced to foster teamwork and innovation, while updated AV systems ensured that the office was equipped with the latest technology to support modern business operations.

Through meticulous planning and execution, Intermain and KHID transformed Publicis Group’s office into a space that not only met the new business requirements but also enhanced the overall work environment. This project underscored the importance of innovative design and strategic refurbishment in adapting to evolving business needs.
