To add to the complexity of the project, Sunwater partly occupied the space throughout the build. To mitigate disruptions to Sunwater, the project was completed in 2 stages, with our team also installing zip walls and hoardings to separate the construction zone.
Furthermore, to avoid disruption to other building tenants, Intermain completed all noisy works and demolition outside of usual business hours and over the weekend.
